This is Pepsi, a Temneh African Grey. He is 4 1/2 years old and he is on sale at the Paterson Bird Store in Totowa, NJ. Pepsi was apart of a loving family; however, they are expecting another baby (congrats) and can no longer properly care for him. He is very sweet, and as you can see, FUNNY.
If you are interested in making Pepsi apart of YOUR family, please call the Paterson Bird Store at (973) 785 – 0096
Taming Amazon parrot
The first thing I started to tame my parrot was from his cage by placing it in the most engaging room and talking to him every time I pass by or sitting in the room.
The most important thing is to gain their confidence.
It took 4 months and a lot of patience and love.
Slowly and gradually I gained his confidence by touching him while he was inside the aivary and then tried to take it out for the first time with love as shown in the video.
Love and talk more and more.
Placing aivary in the most happening or engaging room.
Then try to take it out and let him free for a whole and start touching, playing and talking to it by intervals will definitely show you the best results.
Clip some of the flight feathers before taking ur bird out so it won’t take a high flight.
Onni, which means luck and happiness in Finnish, is a baby umbrella cockatoo that loves his daddy. Onni also loves to do a little foot stomping. Tap dancing is one of his favorite things to do in life! Turn up the volume and listen to those happy feet.
He has perfected this!!!!!

Cute cockatoo, funny cockatoo, adorable cockatoo, cute funny cockatoo, cockatoo kisses,
( UGH! I AM REALLY SORRY )
I realize this video is already up. It was automatically uploaded when I put it on my Rumble account. I’m not sure how that happened at all. So, here it will stay until I figure this out or can even do anything at all with it)
One day, Onni tapped his feet on a table while playing with us. We though it was so cute, we mimicked him by drumming our fingers back at him on the table. Next thing we knew it was a game with us going back and forth! His tap dancing developed more and more over time. So then we taught him to do “stompy feet” on the floor and furniture. Next thing we knew he was a happy tappy stompy feet bird. I’ve never seen another large bird or cockatoo taught how to do this before.

Thanks for watching! 💙
❗️❗️❗️85% of parrots are either resold, given away, or abandoned within just 2 short years of being purchased. ADOPT DONT SHOP! Rescues are full of these wonderful birds, neglected, abandoned, and thrown out by inexperienced and most uneducated people that didn’t know the kind of work and commitment it takes to have birds. STOP UNNECESSARY BIRD BREEDING FOR PROFIT, and help these magnificent creatures.
If you are unable to adopt then please consider donating to a rescue/sanctuary that volunteers their time to help these animals in need. 💚
I cannot stress enough how heartbreaking this sad truth is…. Too many people impulse buy parrots because of cute or funny traits they’ve seen in other birds. ❗️No two parrots are alike…
A life stuck in a cage is cruel and so unfair to these magnificent beautiful creatures.
They deserve the absolute best!
So if you are interested in a parrot, please research, volunteer at a parrot rescue/sanctuary, KNOW what you’re getting yourself into before you take on the work that comes with loving and homing a parrot.
Parrots are a LIFETIME commitment. They can live up to 80+ years!!
I’ve given up many many things to give my two parrots the best life they can possibly have! (Night out, gone on weekends, vacation time, a clean quiet house, extra money.. Etc.)
But to me it’s all worth it, my parrots are my family and I love them like my children!
Please DO YOUR RESEARCH before adopting.
After all, we have our friends, our jobs, and our hobbies…
They only have us💗❗️❗️
This video is soothing Parrot White Noise for you to play while you’re away. Babies love white noise because it reminds them of the womb, but parrots love white noise because it is a continued even noise that doesn’t hurt their ears, drowns out exterior sounds from other birds outside, and helps create a sleep-comfortable enviornment versus dead silence, while you are away. Vacuum cleaners when out of sight, treadmills running, and dishwashers are all examples of other continuous noises in the home that can help soothe a parrot, but might not be able to play in the background while you are away. Leave playing all day while you are working, let this play while you are doing house work, etc. for a more calm and relaxed parrot. Do try and slowly introduce this noise while you are with you parrot, during the down time of the day, to coax into a comfortable state.
