  1. If anyone of you are from Chennai and would like to buy a Indian Ringneck Parrot, which is very tame and is a nine month year old male, please visit the link: chennai.indads.in/item/208055/. You must see him when he eats! Throw an apple slice in there, he will pick it up with one claw and eat it as he looks at you! Then, he just throws the skin of the slice away! Beautiful bird, is very tame and is already starting to mimic words! These birds can live up to more than 20 years!

  2. Thank you for sharing- I play videos for my guys while I’m at work and my baby ringneck started picking up words when he was about 9.5 months 🙂 He now does a great “tickle tickle,” “good boy!” peek-a-boo,” and “gimme kiss!” I adore him- they are wonderful pets!!

  3. that is a good way to teach him. Birds learn a lot from other birds. They actually pass down their own language to the generations.

  4. I love this bird! My IR looks just like him! He’s just starting to say his first words! I play this video for him daily!!!! Taji is so adorable!

  5. I want more videos of Tajj… He’s as cool as bowie (another IRN on youtube)

  6. thx for ur reply …:) 🙂 and curious enough , how exactly did u make Taj speak with u , like did u go for any spl training methods??

  7. Ok, thank you so much.. 🙂 this is such a great video.. especially when he starts going..-‘wheeeeee!’ … Ha ha ha 🙂

  8. It can take time. Taj did not talk til he was one year. If your bird mumbles, he will talk one day – that is how Taj was. See if your bird responds to the video – my friend’s bird learned some words by watchin it.

  9. Got him at a huge bird show when he was a baby, too young to fly.

  10. My friend’s bird learned to talk from watching it. My other birds like to see it 🙂

  11. Omg so cute my IRN just watched this and went crazy i’ll get him a new friend soon

  12. I CANT WATCH THIS CAUSE MY ADOBE FLASH PLAYER ISENT WORKING >:( >:( >:( >:(

  13. I am currently considering getting my first pet companion parrot, and I can really say that the choice is unbelievably hard. I’ve seen so many amazing breeds from lovebirds to cockatiels to the gorgeous Indian ringneck. Why must choosing the right bird be so damn hard!?

  14. xD i like dis bird! and wut u said exactly wut i wus thinkin xD
